Cuevas Drach or Coves del Drac are the pride and joy of Porto Christo, on the mediterranean island of Mallorca, Spain. After having been known to the locals for a long time they were ”discovered” by Ludwig Salvator in 1896. It includes one of the largest subterranean lakes in the world.

Cuevas del Drach  means dragon caves. Well worth a visit, but you have to join groups to visit the caves. Here you can experience an underground concert and a boat trip on the Lake Martel is an underground saltwater lake. Lake Martel is considered one of the largest underground lakes in the world
